Dr. RAFFIC OSMAN, CHAIRMAN
The Founder and Director of Treasures Foundation, Raffic Osman, was raised in Ghana and has experienced what it is like to be a homeless unemployed youth. He became a drug addict and was eventually placed in a home for addicted youth in the Netherlands, where he managed to get his life back on track. Due to his own experiences Raffic Osman has developed a strong sense of compassion for homeless and unemployed youth and a clear vision for starting a home for addicted youth. Raffic is convinced that someone’s background and situation do not need to determine their future. He believes that if youth are given the opportunity to develop in a safe environment, they can grow into people that play an important role in society.
